THURSDAY ROLL CALL

YEA, its Thursday!!!!

Only one more day of work for me this week.

All is good.

I feel good just about every morning.

Same thing as every other work day. Work, school, work, school.

I am taking my bus straight to school after my route today.  So I get to save some gas in my car.

WOO HOO! 

Of course, it only costs me about $2 to go to school, but thats $2 in my pocket.

I bought a new computer. A mini HP. It's a tiny little thing, but it has a full size keyboard.

I lost my password for my WIFI, so I have to figure that out before I can use it online.

I only bought it for writing papers. It weighs about a pound and fits in my pocket.

So it will do its job.

Anyway, everyone stay warm, it is supposed to get above freezing this weekend.

Woo hoo, I'm gonna get nekked and roll around in the snow.

Good morning Dave and Illinois.

I have to babysit today, and that is about it.  I have an exciting life don't I. 

DH has to work tomorrow, so my dates for my birthday is my sister, my sister-in-law, and a friend....lol  We are going out to eat, and going to see a show.

We finally got our first big snow.  People acted nuts.  Schools have been closed the last 2 days, but they are open today.  I can't believe how fast they call off schools now due to weather, I can remember going when you couldn't hardly walk cause it was so deep.  Uh oh, now I sound like my dad when he was alive...lol  You know the story...I had to walk miles to school on rain, freezing rain, snow...lol

Hi Dee- Thanks for asking. Both moms are doing good. Mom is feeling better though now she's complaining about her leg hurting. She's already talked with her nurse and they don't seem to think there is a real problem. They did check her to be sure she has no blood clots causing the pain.
MIL is getting around much better since she came home. The good thing is she isn't in pain when she walks like before the surgery. She has said she will get the other knee replacement done in 6 months before that knee gets as bad as the first one.
How are things going for you with your mom and her care?

      Enjoy your date with the girls. You must live in southern Il.  I'm from Mt. Vernon and my sisters are calling about all the snow and ice. I remember loving the snow waaaaay back then,

Thank you Norma.  Yes, I live towards Alton, Illinois.  Close to the Missouri side.  I think they got lots of ice further south.

Dave, rolling nekid around the house sounds interesting.  I am sure that would be a site! My cats would be covering their eyes with their paws if I tried it..

Nothing special for me today, just work and home again. Work was better yesterday so Casper must have mushed in through the snow.  

I am glad the weekend is coming up.  I am ready for a relaxing couple of days.
