Good morning Dave and the rest of IL For me going to Janesville with a friend and maybe lunch, then to Jim's Cousins for dinner tonight Yea no cooking for me, I am doing much better waking on my tread mill again Dr. gave the OK yesterday to do that, my weight is still coming off from surgery and the swelling is going down more every day,
Crystal glad you made the trip to work safe, When is your last weight in? how are you doing?
Christina i hated it when my garage door opener was broke it sucks, we get so used to having everything made easy for us, guess we are spoiled

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hi, I'm glad to hear your doing better.
My last weigh-in is February 19th (which also happens to be my mom's birthday-I see that as a good omen). Then they send everything into the insurance for approval. I hope they answer ASAP, because I can't stand this waiting around any more. I have lost 17 lbs so far, my goal is to lose 3 more lbs.
That's one thing about going to work so early I miss alot of the traffic. I been here for over an hour now and I hear on the radio there are a couple of accidents in Oswego (where I live). So thank god I wasn't around for that.

Good morning all,
I'm at my daughters this am, getting the girls ready for school and then hanging out here as her furnace is acting up. The repairman is supposed to be here sometime this am. Earl has PT today and is driving himself. His hand is doing better although he has lot of swelling yet. Each day it seems a little better.
Still struggling with my food...but working on it. I brought an EAS Carb Control drink for me to have her mid morning.
Haven't talked to Carla yet today, will post later after I talk to her.

Yesterday we had a party at work for someone who was retiring. I think I did ok. I hate the topping off of a pizza slice, some cheese and sausage. Then ate my regular lunch.
I really wanted to eat the crust but I didn't because I was afraid that either, I would have to
it up a few times or that it would stay down and then I would eat more and more.
Today is day 6 already for me. Wow, I can't believe I've gotten through it. I do get full sooner and it stays with me. I think that is what the band is supposed to do.
Christina, sorry to hear about your garage door opener problems. I have an older one and it doesn't want to open sometimes or if it does, it gets stuck and then I have to close it and try to reopen it again.
I got a little shoveling in this morning. My driveway, my neighbor's driveway, the sidewalks and into the cul de sac too. Once I start, I don't want to stop!
Wishing everyone here a safe drive this morning and a great day. Later this afternoon, I'm off to the beauty shop for some hair waxing. Ouchie!!

Nothing special going on here today. Working on my math class now and so far it's all review...thank goodness. I turned in my research paper online on Sunday so I don't have a grade yet, but I keep checking the site! lol
we got some snow last night, but nothing too bad and it seems to be the light and fluffy kind. I might actually lay back down for a bit after the kids leave for school. I didn't sleep good last night at all. I kept sweating and having really bizzare dreams. I have been having night sweats for the last week or so, not sure why, but it's annoying. We'll see. I hate going back to bed because I feel like the day is being wasted, but if I am tired and crabby later, everyone pays..lol

Just a thought, but did you start a new medication recently? I think I remember some discussion about that. Anyway, some medicines can cause the symptoms you are having, so if you ARE on anything new, call the doctor and tell them about this..........
