How to change status on My OH?

Good Morning Everyone!

Happy Tuesday!

Ok, for some reason I can't seem to figure out how to change my surgery status to 'Post Op' on 'My OH' site. 

I have tried numberous times and just can't seem to figure it out!   I know that it can't be that difficult,,,,,,but I must be computer challenged!!

Any suggestions?

I tried to find it, but I can't seem to either.  Maybe you can find the answer in the "help" at the top, right hand corner of this page?

I think that you already did it as it shows your date of 01/12/09.
