super cool news!!!!

So!  heres something really awesome thats going to be happening and i was never told that i couldn't say anything so i'm going to blab it to the world!!! =)

the daily herald is doing a fittest loser challenge.  for 12 wks, 5 contestants will be working with trainers & nutritionists.  who ever loses the highest percentage at then end, wins services for a year among other things. 

YOURS TRUELY IS ONE OF THE 5 CONTESTANTS!!!!!!

how flippin cool is that???  =)  so i'm going to be getting some much needed assistance to get my excess weight off.  i'm a bit scared about how public my struggle is going to be.  they are aware of me having the bypass 6 years ago and want my old before and afters to run in the paper.  so, looks like i'm going to be documented in the daily herald (beginning feb 9th) and they are filming video interviews as well for online.  YIKES!!!!!  i'm soooo excited tho!  please, wish me luck!  i have a feeling i'm going to need it.  i will definetly keep ya'll posted on things too!

Congratulations!  I would love to have a personal trainer.  I had one years ago and he did wonders for the ole bod.  I just can't afford one right now.
