Hey Lucy-
My oldest son met his wife thru WebTV. That was before we got our first computer. They will be married 7 years this May. They started by emailing, then progressed to phone calls and letters. Then my son went to West Virginia to meet her. She later told me that she met him at work because she didn't want him to know where she lived until after she met him in case he was a weirdo. She made him a reservation at the local hotel. After his visit there they continued to talk on the phone. Later she came here to visit all of us, went back home then moved her for a year. They got engaged and then he moved to West Virginia and he lived with her grandpa until they got married. Of course the rest is history. He loves it there and her family is his family.

Good Morning Dave and the rest of my IL family,
Dave, I love the idea of calling in sick and staying in bed, even though I don't leave the house! LOL
Tyler will be taking the bus home now that wrestling is over and since baseball isn't through his school, he can take the bus for the rest of the year! yay. He's bummed though because he's got Health class this semester instead of gym class...so no physical activity during the day anymore...he hates that.
I am going to be starting my business math class today! wish me luck, math and I don't get along very well! Other than that, nothing really going on here

Who put a curse on me and sent me snow? We are due for more today, no schools opened around here.
Nothing really planned today, gotta clean house since a sitting service is coming in to sit with mom so I can have time off. Getting old sucks, we looked into things for mom, and there just isn't anything around. Get this...insurance will pay for her food in a nursing home/rehab, but won't pay for her a room. The room is WAY expensive. Makes you sick that there isn't more for our elderly.
Well, since no babysitting today, I think I might go back to sleep. I am beat. I have no energy, eating has been off, and as of this time I don't care.
