Holy Crap its Monday Roll Call already!
Hello all, I've made it to 68, it's my birthday.
I have high hopes for this year, we've had a few bad years. Ron is still in remission , kids are well and I am finally on my way to be healthier. This site has helped me so much. I must be the oldest one here and wonder if I can have the great results you all are getting. Exercise has to be more limited for me, I hope walking will help.I'm looking forward to camping this year, who knows, there might even be a bike in my future. Have a good day.
Good Morning on this cold Monday.
Did we ever get the January thaw? I don't think I have warmed up for over a week.I know, springwill come in its own time.
I am also at work. I couldn't get to the computer at home because DH was using it. Thank goodness we are kinda slow this morning. Nothing exciting on my agenda this week. Just trying to eat right and not snack. And also make sure I exercise every day.

Well Happy Monday....(what an oxymoron)
Nothing going on here...had an amazing weekend this past weekend with the husband in town....it was great
apparently my son didn't have school today bc of preschool screenings and on the schedule all it says is preschool screenings.....not that there is no school...so when i got a call from my dad saying the bus didint' pick dom up i called the school to be told...uhm everyone knows there's no school on preschool screenings.....NOT IF ITS NOT ON THE CALNEDER
oh well
getting anxious here...i just finished all my lab work and ekg now its the pulmonologist tommorrow and sleep study next monday and i am good to go......as long as the therapist gives me a letter of clearance this saturday.....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NORMA!!!!!!
Well we finally made it home from Decatur, we ended up staying an extra day because of the weather. It's great to be home but we will miss our friends ALOT!!!! We will be looking forward to Feb 21st, our really really good friends (Lori, Shea & Adam) are coming for the weekend we cannot wait. Well I hope this is finding everyone GOOD!!!
