Happy Birthday Michelle, enjoy this bright sunny day.
We  are going to Frys to look over the computers, we need a cheap one for Cassie, our grand daughter that lives with us as does her Mother, and we love to have them.  She's 7 and is so interested in everything. I hope they sell the tower separate, she has a new monitor. Anyway I always enjoy that store, they have things that can;t be found here.  Lucy,I hope things work out for you, it seems like the economy plunged so fast. My SIL works at a car dealership and it is bad. They have few places to get cars financed, and now sell mostly high end cars and few of them. Didn't even bother cleaning the use cars of snow, no one can buy them anyway.  It's got to get better!

I hope you found a tower for your granddaughter.  You should be able to pick one up without any problems.  Hope you have a good weekend!   Enjoy your granddaughter.  My greatniece is also 7 and that is such a cute age!  

Well all, between work and school not much time to do anything else.  I went and saw Dr. Kane Jr. a couple of weeks ago for my 1 year check up and I made sure to dress extra pretty with my aqua blue 3" heels that change color depending on how you look at them.  

He was really happy with my weight loss and we just talked about maintaining and not regain any weight and what I learned this past year.  For those of you that are pre-op or newly post-op, take advantage of learning about your body and the signals that it gives you.

Dawn, send my congrats to David as the Jamboree is a truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Lucy, I want you to know that your fighting spirit is truly amazing and that you will get through the current situation.

It sounds like you are really keeping busy!  Wow, a year out.  How time flies!   Have a great weekend! 

Hi Wendi. You are so sweet. In many ways, I'm like my father. He always fought and went through a lot of hard times. I have his fighting spirit. I will never give up!

What is helping me at the moment is thinking about wearing my bikinis in 4 months. I know that if I work hard being diligent in proper nutrition and exercise, I will be able to wear some of them. Then by mid to late summer, I will be able to wear all of them. I remember it was the most happiest time in my life. Going out to the pool for the first time in the season in my lime green with hanging beads bikini and floating in the pool on a regular air mattress. I just loved it and all season I had a great time.

I've got two tools to help me get there and learn how to maintain. I never learned how to maintain my weight. That is the key to continued success.

I am so proud of you and your accomplishments! Thanks so much Wendi for being here and my friend.
