Good morning all!Not much planned for me this weekend, just catching up on some cleaning. I also need to dig out my treadmil. I also need to go out and survey the damage to my car from yesterday evening fender bender. I am not really wanting to see just how bad it is. I know the bumper is cracked pretty good and the back hatch is dented and won't open. I am glad that the other driver and I were both ok, but I am still pretty bummed about the damage. Today is my 40th bday, and I don't even get to have a drink lol. DH and I will probably just go to the show or the world of wheels. I am not really intrested in the car show, but I will at least be able to get out and walk.

Good morning Nancy and the rest of Illinois!
I have been up since 6:45 and working on various things.
One of them was to make a follow up call to Virgin Mobile to see what happened to the refund that I was promised two weeks ago. We had a Virgin phone for Liv to use in an emergency, and when we signed up, they assured me that they had "good" coverage in our area. Turns out, they were wrong. I called two weeks ago, and after trying to re-program the phone and seeing that I had no coverage, the rep. said that my refund would be processed within a few days. I checked my credit card balance this morning and saw that the refund has not been processed. I called them and they refused to refund anything because I did not "top up" and put more money into the phone before yesterday. WHAT????? After a long (45 minute) phone call, 2 agents and one supervisor, I got nowhere. Although I made 8 minutes worth of calls at .20 per minute, they claim that I used almost $ 10.00 worth of minutes, but even refused to refund the $ 10.00. Nancy, I know that you are in customer service, and I am sure you do not treat your customers this way. VIRGIN MOBILE IS A RIP-OFF!!!!! The supervisor suggested that I add more money to the phone as a way to solve the problem. So.....hard lesson learned for me this morning. Man, you should have heard what Todd had to say........would of made a sailor

I am now having a cuppa, then going to tackle the bathroom. I FOUND A GREAT PRODUCT for cleaning bathrooms. Arm & Hammer No-Scrub bathroom cleaner with bleach and Oxy. I had a little extra time last night and tried it out alongside another cleaner to see which one worked. WOW!!!!! is all I can say. This stuff really worked like it said it would and I now have a sparkling clean tub and shower. Now for the floors, curtains, mirror, etc.......
I also want to get the photos done that I didn't get to last week. Oh...and I DID get my freezer cleaned out already today!
