Update on my Doctor's Appointment

Hi Christina. I've had another great day! I even ate salad with my fish at lunchtime.

Now, I'm having vegetarian chili with soy meatballs.

I'm remembering how good I felt 2 summers ago and want to feel that way again.

Good afternoon Lucy, I hope at you can get thing going the right way for you soon, glad that your Dr. is so understanding that is always a big help, Take care and keep your chin up,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

DS on 08/25/10

Hi Janet. Second day is going well. No problems at all. I'm actively focusing on getting in my protein first.

Tomorrow I am adding my exercise plan. All vitamins taken and plenty of water today.
