Have been on the VSG forum and noticed OH has a State Forum. I'm thrilled. I am planning on have the VSG . Just getting started in my WLS journey . Just wanted to hello to all.

You won't meet a better and more supportive group of people than here in the Illinois Forum. Keep us posted how things are progressing in your journey and if you have any questions feel free to ask someone is bound to know the answer or direct you in finding it.

I'm from Oswego, so I live close. I am getting Lap Band surgery, hopefully in March. Good luck in your journey and make sure you check in on our daily roll call. We really get to know each other. Not to mention we are there to support you.

I had the duodenal switch (DS) 11 months ago. The VSG is the first part of the DS, so we will have something in "common." LOL
