Thursday roll call

I knew I was going to start being first everyday once I started back to work.

I usually start around 5:30.

I am tired today. I think I need to start going to bed at around 9 from now on.

So nothing exciting going on.

Work, school, work, school.

I work about 4 hours then do about 2 hours of classes then work about 4 hours then do another 2 hours of classes.

By the end of the day I feel like sitting on the couch or napping.

No wonder I weighed a 1/4 ton before my surgery.

I sit on a bus, then I sit in my class then sit on the bus then sit in class then sit on the couch.

I am doing a lot more walking.

I am kinda scared, I feel like I may have stopped losing weight, or gained weight in the last month.

I still don't have a scale so I have to wait until I go see the Doctor on Feb 21 (I think) to weigh in.

So thats about it.

Gotta go, time for work.

See ya

Good morning Dave and the rest of IL, Well I am up early again this morning, Yesterday I never made it to the store, just too tired out for my first time out since my surgery,  not much going on for me today just staying low, but feeling better everyday now,
everyone have a great day,and stay safe and warm
hugs to all

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good morning Dave, Janet and IL friends.

Dave, your schedule is quite demanding. I worked full time then went to school part time to get my degree. I had 4 hours of class every Wed. night from 6 to 10 pm. Then a lot of homework.

Janet - Happy to hear that you are recovering. I remember getting tired too when I first went out. Take care.

Tomorrow I am going to see Dr. Guske and ask him to remove half of my fills. I am getting tired of not being able to eat the good protein foods, vegetables and fruits. No wonder I am gaining instead of losing.

It's not going to be a pretty picture tomorrow but I have to get through it.

Have a wonderful and warmer day everyone!

Hugs,
Lucy

Hello everyone

I'm at work, like always.  Work is the same as always.  They are still doing construction here.  But we have our phones back.  For some reasons our fax machines aren't working.  Oh well they should be done next week...YEAH.

Today I have my 5th weigh-in.  Can you believe it I am almost done.  To think next month at this time I will be waiting for insurance approval.  Oh my god, I'm jumping out of my skin.  I can't wait to start my journey.  This whole thing has definitely been a test in patience.  I am a very impatient person.

Janet- I hope you feel like your old self soon.

Dave-  I know how you feel-  I did the whole full time job and full time school and raising a kid.  Its very tiring.  I'm sure you are losing weight.

Have a wonderful day.

Good morning all!

Its been awhile for me, haven't been feeling too socialable the last few weeks!  I have been really feeling down.  I am doing much better.  Not really sure what the problem was.  My moods have been all over the place! Although I will be 40 in a few, that may have something to do with it lol.  Its the last day of the work week for me and thats about it.  Not very exciting lol.

Have a great day everyone!

Dear Michelle:

What you are going through is perfectly normal for this stage after surgery.  It has to do with the hormones that are released as you lose weight.  I was frightened by it when it happened to me.  I became VERY IRRITABLE (to put it nicely......)  I felt like everything annoyed me and I wanted to punch everyone.  That is SO FAR away from my usual laid back personality that is was scary.  The hormones evened out and I was back to myself within about a month.  So hang in there......this too shall pass.

Glad to see you back with us, please stay and play!

Tell someone that you love them!
