Anyway, just school and work again today.
Back into the same old rut.
My life just overflows with excitment.
I think I have an owl outside my window. It is kinda cool. I don't think I have ever heard him out there before. Unless I have a kid out there Hoot Hooting? At 4 in the AM.
I hope he doesn't eat my little squirrel that I have been feeding for the last year. He walks right up to my window ledge to eat peanut butter crackers.
Anyway, its 4 time to make the donuts.

I too am up early 5:30 thanks to my dog and the fact I went to bed at 6 pm last, But hey I feel much better this morning so far, and no fever, we must have caught what ever I have early with all the antibiotic he but me on, so all is good for now,
For me off to coffee with the girls this morning pay the P & L bill and maybe hit the store,

My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Hello everyone
I'm at work of course. I get here at 6am . The temp that wasn't doing well was sent home yesterday. I did feel bad for her. But I just heard that they giving us three more temps. I'm so sick of training people. Today one of my favorite people at work is leaving today. She found another job. I wish I could do that but, I need my insurance for my surgery.
I watched all of the news coverage last night. I liked Obama's speech. (yes we watched it at work streaming live on the internet). I am really hoping that things will get better. There are so many problems I'm sure it will be a hard job.
Well I hope everyone will have a nice day.

Dave, amazing that you made it 2 days in a row. Careful or you may start a trend.
About feeding those peanut butter crackers to the squirrel -- be careful unless you want to give it salmonella. Maybe switch to cheese for a while.
Janet, I am glad you are feeling better this morning. I was worried about you yesterday.
Yesterday we were really slow at work, so I put in for e-time which is time off without it counting against vacation. You don't get paid but you don't sit there twiddling your thumbs. I think everyone was glued to their TV sets. I ended up getting it and so I went home and glued myself to the TV set.
Interesting day. Glad I could see it.
Today, it is back to work. Got to show up occasionally or they may think I don't want to work.
I just hate it when it is slow or when it is a mad house. Guess you cant please me.

I am off to work in LaSalle this morning. It will be another busy day. Aren't they all anymore.

Dave, we have an owl that lives in the small forest we have behind our house and boy can they get loud with thier hooting! lol I am used to it by now. Others have seen him, I have not yet.
Today I am hopefully finishing my research project so I can start on my next class..business math! yuck!! Math and I do not get along well at all, so that will be quite the challenge for me I am sure. Thank goodness I have a husband and 2 kids who know math like it's nothing! lol Tyler only has 1/2 day today due to finals, so he'll be home by 11:30am and then I will have to take him back at 2:30 for wrestling. This is the last week for wrestling, then we get a brea****il baseball starts in April! yay!

Good morning Illinois!
Hope things are starting off good in your neck of the woods! I am tired of the cold, snow and ice. We usually are in Alabama in January but couldn't go this year. My BFF, sister from another mother, called last night and said it was cold there, 30 degrees, of course Saturday they should hit 60. I told her I'd trade her for the next 2 weeks, but she didn't want to....go figure!! LOL!
I'm trying to get my butt going this am. I've been up since 6 and have only managed to make coffee and get our meds together. DH's doc appt is at 10:45 to get his stitches out. Getting him all cleaned up takes quite a bit of time. Thanks goodness his bathroom is mostly handicap access. that helps alot. The only thing we are now thinking about changing in there is having the tub replaced to a walk in shower. He has a hard time raising his legs to get over the tub edge. And with only being able to use 1 hand/arm now, I am so afraid he is going to fall. Just have to take it slow and be extra careful. He has a shower chair and grab bars in there but the seems to be too far in for him to reach now. Always something.
I finished knitting a scarf for my niece last night, it matches the hat I made her at Christmas, so have to get that sent out today. She is in northern Wisconsin away at college. They have had really bitter cold and wind there.
I guess my granddaughters are sick again, same thing as me. Their dad kept them out of school yesterday and today. He is supposed to drop them of here this afternoon. I haven't seen them since Friday so I miss them. They called yesterday and wanted me to come get them,
" cause Nana makes them feel better!" But can't take them to DH's appt so I told them they had to wait till today, broke my heart to not be able to get them,
Guess I'd better run and get this day started!

I'm up and running. My wife told my son that now that I am not working, he will get better stuff for breakfast. So this morning I made him pancakes. This stay at home dad stuff is more work than going to work! But he's off to school and Meredith and I will be going to Skokie in a short bit. I need to drop off the rest of my work stuff. She was excited to get to go see grandma! But she doesn't understand waiting for traffic to end, so she's a bit upset that we are not on our way yet. Last night I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep for several hours. So I skipped my morning work out and will do it later while Meredy naps. Other than that, not much happening. I hope everybody has a great day!
