Hi all I just put up some pic from my surgery before and after if any one want to take a look

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I think he said that is was just about 13 lbs, I will say that my back does not hurt like it did before,

Oh My Goodness Janet!!! You look totally awesome and once all the brusing and swelling is gone on I can't wait to see then, promise you'll put up some more once your 100 percent. I'm so totally jealous and really can;t wait to get to goal and then schedule my TT.

Thank you Angie I will for sure put up pic when I am healed up, I am hoping for getting my arms done next and then I am done, my legs will have to stay flabby too scard to have that done after the problems I had with my tummy,
