Yeah not the hungry today myself, but boy did I do a dumb thing this evening that I most definitely will not do again.

Breakfast - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

13 reduced fat wheat thins (sensing a pattern with the wheat thins)
2 mini tootsie rolls (thank god they are almost gone, if DH dares bring them home again so help me)

Lunch - Peanut butter Fiber one bar (that took me over an hour to finish)

Dinner - 1/4 cup chicken noodle soup & half a grilled cheese
about an hour later finished the other half of grilled cheese and had about 5 spoonfuls of soup

and now for stupidity at its best

I made my DH and son brownies with choc chips their favorite.  About 2 hours after dinner my DH wanted a brownie with ice cream.  Well I just had to do it yes I did.  It was just a sliver of brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  I dont think I finished when the pain hit me, OMG the pain.  I was doubling over with stomach cramps and my head was spinning.  I was in the middle of the worst dump I have yet experienced.  Within 10 mins of the pain I was running for the bathroom, and I don;t think I had hurled that violently since I first got home from surgery.  My stomach retched for hours even after hurling.  And then the crash, I slept solid for 2-1/2 hours and woke up with the biggest headache.....NO SWEETS ARE WORTH THIS!!!!!!!   So now I'm up and I should be going to bed, and my stomach is still not feeling too good.

4 mugs decaf chicoty with milk & Splenda

1/2 banana MIM

1.5 cups egg drop soup (made with chicken broth, 1 egg and 1/2 can of chicken breast)
Cookies & Cream Protein shake

25 oz water

32 oz water while on bike---12 miles at avg of 22 mph

1/2 cup spaghetti squash with 1/4 c. italian sausage, and a Tbs. of pesto
1/4 slice of meatloaf
1/2 c. cauliflower and green beans
4 Tbs. cool whip with 2 Tbs. SF sweet potato pie filling  (threw 3/4 of the pie out-----do not need it)

8-16 oz water

Protein hot chocolate with bedtime vitamins
