Six SlimFast

One cup Chicken salad

Four halls five floors up and down

Two brats, broccoli and green beans

Four Tbs Peanut Butter

Popped Corn

Breakfast:
7 pieces of bacon
1.5 cups of loaded mashed potatoes with extra butter
1/2 Diet Coke

Snack:
scone with lemon curd

Lunch:
1/2 hard salami and cheese sandwich with mayo on wheat
a few Cheetos
1/2 Diet Coke

Snack:
1/4 cup of trail mix
1 cup of loaded mashed potatoes with extra butter
1/2 Diet Coke

Dinner:
Big Mac from McDonald's
Diet Coke
a few fries


My challenge to myself is to come back and finish this list here today, for once!

I had the kick-butt duodenal switch (DS)!

HW: 344 lbs      CW: 150 lbs

Type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea GONE!

I wasn't going to post because I cheated BIG time.  I decided to fess up and tell you guys.

B- graham crackers and peaches

L-  turkey sandwich w/ cheese and mustard and about 12 thin mint Girl Scount cookies.  Shame on me!!!

S   1 string cheese, a couple of peppermints
L    1 cup turkey meatball soup
      2 T chicken salad/ with crackers
     A few bites of trail mix
D  (it will be) a small chop 
     Spaggetti squash
S   Protein ice cream

60 oz of crystal lite plus coffee

Current          219    BMI 38  I am in the normal range!!!

Breakfast - 1/4 cup of Cherrios

Lunch - Wasn't up to eating

Snack - 13 reduced fat wheat thins

Supper - 1/3 of a cup of mashed potatoes with chicken & noodle soup mixed in

Snack - 13 reduced fat wheat thins and 2 SF toffee pieces

Water throughout the day and 1/2 cup of diet cream soda

Not really feeling the eating properly or somedays even eating at all thing lately have alot going on in my life (so stressed).
