1/2 hard salami and cheese sandwich with mayo on wheat
a few Cheetos
1/2 Diet Coke
Snack:
1/4 cup of trail mix
1 cup of loaded mashed potatoes with extra butter
1/2 Diet Coke
Dinner:
Big Mac from McDonald's
Diet Coke
a few fries
My challenge to myself is to come back and finish this list here today, for once!

Lunch - Wasn't up to eating
Snack - 13 reduced fat wheat thins
Supper - 1/3 of a cup of mashed potatoes with chicken & noodle soup mixed in
Snack - 13 reduced fat wheat thins and 2 SF toffee pieces
Water throughout the day and 1/2 cup of diet cream soda
Not really feeling the eating properly or somedays even eating at all thing lately have alot going on in my life (so stressed).
