Friday Morning Roll Call

Good Morning Everyone. I guess I will post today, I got up and took my daughter to school because of the snow. We only live two blocks away but it was getting late for her to walk. When i came home 5 minutes latter my Chu-Pin puppy had my crackers and a Texas holden game with all the chips all over the floor, she was mad because i didn't take her for a ride... lol... My old cat still hasn't ate nothing in over 7 days now but she is still walking around. She is almost 14 years.

I upped my protein and food intake yesterday, I also went to Rockford and bought some Nutri-Ox for my thinning hair from Sally's. It's a starter kit with shampoo, canditioner, and a leave in treatment. Hope it helps...

 I had an 18 year old cat that was not eating.  I was feeding him Cat Sip which you can find with the cat foods.  It is a milk like product designed for cats.  I even went as far as buying a rabbit at Jewel and cooking it for him to try and tempt him to eat.  He did eat the rabbit.  They had it in their freezer section.  At least with the milk product he was getting some milk and nutrition.  It may help your kitty.

Good morning all!

Its been awhile for me.  I haven't been feeling to good.  Have been having some pain when I eat or drink.  I am starting to feel better!  I went to the doctor yesterday, other than that I am doing ok.  We got a new puppie!  It was a bday present for me.  I will be 40 on the 24th of this month so my DH surprised me with an 8 week old shih tzu.  He is so cute.  My cats are not happy at all lol.  His name is Ripley.  He is adorable! 

No plans for me today, just relaxing.

Good Morning Monica & Illinois,

We got about 1-2 inches of snow, but I guess more expected later on today.  I have a doctors appt at 1 today. I've had this cough/upper respiratory thing for about 4-5 weeks now and just can't shake it.  I did 10 days of antibiotics before Christmas  so you'd think by now it would be gone.  doing all the things that usually work, nebulizer, mucinex etc but nothing seems to help break up the congestion in my chest.  I have a lot of rattling, wheezing and whistling going on in my lungs today.  Hopefully the doctor will have something new to try.  My daughter thinks I may have pneumonia...  hope not!

Stay safe today if you're out and have to drive.

I hope you don't have pneumonia.  The couple of times I had it I was really sick and I could not breathe.  Well I will be wishing well.  Get better soon.

Thanks, I hope it's not pneumonia too.  Yesterday am I started feeling like a really bad asthma attack coming on. Hard to breathe in and out.  The nebulizer helped quite a bit. Yesterday afternoon started with the wheezing & rattling  & burning in my lungs.  I cough and cough but nothing comes out or it gets stuck. I've never had pneumonia so I don;t know what it feels like.  I feel very tired and run down, took a 3 hour nap yesterday.   We'll see doc appt isn't too far off.
