A little stiff this morning with one sore knee.  Hopefully it will be ready for halls and stairs this afternoon. 

One Chicken Leg Quarter from the crock pot for breakfast and soon two SlimFast.

Two more SlimFast, 2 HB patties, 2 boiled eggs, mayo, catsup, relish and cheese.

4 halls, 2 stairs down, 2 stairs up

B- english muffin w/ butter and a banana

L- weigh****chers frozen dinner (chicken parm) and  a peach

D-  I will go to Chipotle and get a chicken burrito - I only put chicken and salsa on my burritos, so they are pretty healthy.
