B- english muffin w/ butter and a banana

L- Boston Market frzen dinner (turkey w/ green beans), SF pudding, Peach

For dinner I will have

D- leftover roasted chicken and potatoes

I am sick with a cruddy cold, so food sucks right now. I need some more water STAT!!

Dinner will probably be soft beef tacos with all the fixins that I will ask my hubby to pick up.

I had the kick-butt duodenal switch (DS)!

B- Coffee and 2 bites of a peanutbutter and  sugar free jelly sammich. I had th throw most of it.

I am learning to eat the best part of the sammich instead of starting at the crust. If I start at the end I can't get to the good part.

L- I ate about 2-3 bites of a chicken strip from KFC.

D- Don't know yet. Maybe a little tuna salad.


I am headed out to walk at Walmart for an hour or so.
