Move and eat for one six nine
Terrible mess today. I broke almost all my rules today.
I got up with less than six hours sleep.
I worked more than six hours.
I was out of the house for more than eleven hours.
Four SlimFast
Six Tbs Peanut Butter
two ounces of some kind of home brewed Scotish mulled wine
One chicken tamale light on the masa
two cheese chili rellaneos(sic)
10 chips and salsa
four ounces steak and sour cream
water(80)
lemonade
for moving I had three hours of moving and holding a lift chair that defied reason.
That means I get to spend the day tomorrow finding out why that erratic and mean twelve year old chair was trying to eat my lunch then more time figuring out ways to never have it happen again and getting approval to use the tools so that it does not.

Good morning (Brenda???? I can't remember, sorry)
The protein hot chocolate is very easy and good once you know the "trick".
You have to "temper" the protein first by mixing it will a bit of COLD water. I mix 1 to 1.5 scoops (depending on the brand) with about an ounce of water, enough to make it the consistency of Elmer's Glue. Mix it until very smooth. This is where I add any flavored sugar free syrups if I am using them. I also add some Swiss Miss Diet (25 cal) or decaf coffee crystals so that my drink will be bigger (12 oz) since the protein will only make 6-8 oz (again, depending on brand).
You can then add your hot (but NOT boiling) water or decaf coffee. I put 12 oz of water in the microwave for 3 minutes when using water, or coffee right from the pot that has been on the warming plate. If the water is too hot, it will cook (curdle) the protein and that is just gross!
