Hello
Just wanted to say hello and see if anyone has advice for me?
Welcome to this board! You will find a lot of caring and support here. Most of us check in on the roll call everyday or so as well as asking specific questions on things we need help with.
I would encourage you to read and study a lot about all the different surgeries and choose what is best for you.
Welcome,
Connie

Anyway, you will find great advise and wonderful, warm and caring people here. Congrats on starting the journey, please join the daily roll call and post any and all questions you may have...usually someone has an answer or can at least point you in the right direction.
We also have get togethers often too, maybe you can join us for one of those if it isn't too far. I am not sure where McLean is. sorry

We don't judge anyone here and no questions are wrong questions we have all been where you are today,
Make sure you looking into all the surgery's and pick the one right for you, When I was first looking into having surgery I was going to have the Lap band but after looking in to it more the RNY was for me,
Join us everyday in the daily roll call we would love to have you,
Take care and looking forward to know you,
Janet
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
