1/2 of a protein bar, 4 cups coffee, and now drinking protein coffee with hot coco and Carmel syrup

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. Now THIS I could probably do--the day's eating by meal/snack. A whole day at a time seems impossible to remember.

Breakfast:

Chopped salad, Diet Coke (I know, the breakfast of champions!)

Snack: 3 frosted sugar cookies (just baked with son)
             Glass of milk

So far...

I had the kick-butt duodenal switch (DS)!

HW: 344 lbs      CW: 150 lbs

Type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea GONE!

pre gym - 4 oz protien drink

breakfast at work
2 T oatmeal with splenda
2 T yogurt
2 T applesauce

mid morning - 4 oz protien drink

lunch
2 T lt tuna salad
2 T low fat cottage cheese
2 T apple sauce

mid afternoon 4 oz pritein drink

1 T yogurt

6 almonds and dried cherries

Dinner
4 oz bake talapia
2 T steamed vegatables
2 T baked beans


late snack
4 oz protein drink

4 slices apple with natural peanut butter

32 oz water/ diet decaf tea, crystal light thru out the day

Protein Hot Chocolate (34.5 g) on the way to work
25 oz water with viatmins
4 cups decaf coffee w/chicory, milk and Splenda
Breakfast (?)
2 Tbs. Cheese spread
1.5 sourdough pretzels
Lunch:
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup salad greens
2 Tbs. shredded cheddar
5 sugar snap peas

25 oz water
20 oz water on the way home
Dinner:
7-8 bites of ham steak
2 Tbs. Scalloped Potatoes
10 roasted asparagus spears
3 ginger snaps

Before Bed:
Hot Chocolate Protein (34.5 g)
Water & vitamins

Decaf coffee with cream and splenda.

I ate 1/4 cup of some chicken and stuffing stuff I made last night.

1 cup of powdered milk with splenda and vanilla flavoring.

1 cup of carrot, celery, and granny smith apple juice.

1/2 can of sardines in hot sauce. (It was really good)

5 Pringles. I don't know if they are OK or not, but They melt in your mouth.
