Two cups lettuce, two ounces swiss cheese, thousand Island dressing

B- Decaf coffee with a scoop of Protein powder and a scoop of dry milk and 2 splendas. It tastes like Cocoa like I said before.

L- 1/4 of a cup of cottage cheese.

D- Haven't decided yet, but probably a little chili or fish. 1/4 cup  or so. I can't eat much more then that.

S- Sugar free creamsicle.

Lunch:  mashed potatoes

snack:  dried apples

Dinner:  Turkey chili with cheese

Snack:  Protein ice cream 

Beverage:  G2

I had:

1 hot chocolate protein
2 halves of deviled egg
mostly the inside of a home made egg roll (maybe 1/8 of a cup cooked cabbage and hamburger)
2 Tbs Bacon Cheese dip
1 c. popcorn
1/2 c. chili
1/8-1/4 c. inside of egg roll
2 more Tbs bacon cheese dip
1/4 c. King's bread pieces
another hot protein before bed.

129 oz. water throughout the day

Can you say "finish up the party food???"

I had a protein water. (Tasted like crap)

1/8 cup of cottage cheese. (I am trying to spread my meals out so I don't only eat one a day.) 

I had a half of a chili dog minus the bun. Actually about 2 teaspoons of  left over chili on 1/2 a hotdog cooked in the foreman grill.

I am even thinking of eating a piece of chicken breast tonight. (Thinking about it.) and maybe a fudgesicle
