what a great idea to help me stay on track!

bkfst:  protein drink
lunch: ham and cheese slices
snack:  protein drink
dinner: chicken and cheese quesedilla (?) without tortilla

This is a great Idea!!!

Pre breakfast   8 oz. of water
Breakfast         1 protein bar and 2 cheese sticks (on way to work)
Lunch               1c veggie beef soup
                       3 wasa crackers with bbq on them.
Snack              1/2 cup granola
Dinner             2 chicken wings ( baked) with fat free cheese dip
                      3 small choc chip cookies
3 20 oz bottles of water
14 0z  decafe with ff creamer and sweet and low. with a bit of orange extract added for flavor

 
 

Start Weight   330
Current          219    BMI 38  I am in the normal range!!!

B- Decaf Coffee with a scoop of protein shake mix (Cookies and Cream flavor) and a scoop of powdered milk and a splenda.  (Tastes kinda like cocoa) 

L- about 1/2 egg with blended ham and cheese microwaved in a bowl. (scrambled) With hot sauce and lots of black pepper. (I love black pepper)

D- I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with a couple friends and had a couple sips of water and nibbled on about 1/4 of a wing. (Naked wing w/o sauce on it) Couldn't stomach it. I had a sugar free fudge pop when I got home.

S- I am thinking of having a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

Well I know its late but here I go.

Strawberry Carbmaster yogurt
a slice of white american cheese on the run
handful of vanilla bean flavored almonds
1/2 of an Arbys Jr roast beef with lite mayo and lettuce and only half bun
3/4 of a turkey pot pie
1 pc of Dans homemade carmel (bad dump shouldn't of done that)
water throughout the day and 1/2 cup of diet sunkist ( iknow a no-no)

I'm still not a good eater I know!!!

What I had to eat yesterday-

B- banana and graham crackers

L- weigh****cher frozen dinner (three cheese ziti) and a SF pudding

D-  2 grilled cheese sandwiches and cottage cheese

Lots of water and too much diet coke

tea, five slimfast ( four with water and one premix ), four cups popped corn, 64 ounces of water, medium chicken leg quarter baked, 1/2 cup green beans, two cups caulitators.
