Soggy Saturday Roll Call
Good Morning on this soggy Saturday. It is raining!! There are flood warnings out, and tornado watches posted for today. The good thing is the snow is gone, and we don't have to shovel it.
My day is going to be laundry and working on a rug. A friend from work was awarded a house from Houses from Humanity( I think thats right), and I want her to have a rug. They moved the compleation date up tp Feb,
Hopefully we will be able to get to our basement tomorrow, so I will have access to the Xmas boxes to put stuff away.
And how is your day?
Huggers
Yesterday we got the house back in order from Christmas all the dec, are all put away till next year,
our snow is going away too, I had a leak in the wash room from Ice damming but that has stopped now,
we have a problem with that most winters we really need to get something done about that.
Hope everyone has a good day,
Did anyone hit the stores yesterday Did you find any good deals?
Hugs to all,
Janet
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

We have laid in our supplies for a mix of SlimFast and low carb foods. If we stick with it and do not have fast food too often the weight will begin coming off again. I should be moving towards eating slower, eating less, sipping water with no straw and not with meals. Seven more months until I can apply. You can print off twenty dollars worth of cupons online at the SlimFast site if you use premixed shakes or meal bars.
The day after Christmas was another quiet day at home. I spent some time online, talking a bit on the phone, napping, watching TV, and getting some of my liquids and protein in. My DH popped out to Wal-Mart for some groceries during the afternoon, but I stayed home. This morning, it is 48 degrees, so it would be a great day to go out. Maybe someone from my family could come out and visit too. My weight is finally down to my pre-surgery weight. I had gained 10 pounds while I was in the hospital. The diarrhea seems to have stopped, though I still have a lot of gurgles that sound like it could be right there. (I spoke too soon, it is still there)
Randy, you can get cases of LC Slim-Fast at Sam's Club. They also have cases of LC Eas, which is my preference. I found the Slim-Fast too sweet. It would make me want something salty to offset the sweetness. Also, the LC EAS is 110 calories and the Slim-Fast is 190 calories.
