Yummy - pepper mint patty coffee? where do I buy that? sounds delicious!

I am sitting here playing around on the net when I should get dressed and go get my blood labs done.

Seems like I just can't get going today, and the longer I take to get that done the longer I have to wait to eat.

This weekend will be killer busy for me, so much shopping and cleaning to do. Both my adult kids will be home by next weekend and I have been using their rooms for my old clothes- Time to gather them up and donate.

Hi Cathy. I bought some peppermint patty flavoring from Bariatric Eating. It's made with Splenda and it's good in coffee and probably in other liquids as well.

Good morning all!

I am just sitting here trying to get motivated to get something done!  I really just want to curl up with a good book!  I really need to get some cleaning done.  I haven't done anything since before my surgery.  My mom and husband have been keeping up with the cleaning and laundry, but I just have this urger to clean something.  My DH and kids are going to decorate today, might at well take advantage of the warmer weather and get the outside done.  Ok well I guess I should get my self off this computer and get moving.

Hi Michelle. Don't worry about the cleaning. Take the time for you. Get lots of rest. You're early in the post-op phase.

Curling up with a good book just might be the medicine you need.

I was glad to see you on the board.  It sounds like things are looking a little better for you.  I want to get together with you maybe between Christmas and New Years.  The 19th is my last day for two weeks.  I cannot wait for a break.  I get very busy with transition meetings for all my students to the high school.  It is a ton of paperwork and when it's over I get a little bit of a break.

my weight has been staying the same so it hasn't gone up.  I take a group to Washington D.C. at the end of March so I am stepping up my exercise. My son comes home from college and I am going to have him show me again how to use the wii fit.  I'd really like to do something before I leave for work in the morning. I know I will feel better.

Next week, I'm going back to WW.  Where do you go to meetings.  I think I'm going to look outside the Buffalo Grove one to keep it a little more to myself.

I'm happy to hear that you are staying the same  instead of gaining like me.

I go to ww in Westchester on Saturday mornings. It's a bit of a drive but I know the leader for many years and I like the group.

I've been so busy the past few days.

I'll wait to hear from you about a time to get together.
