We are heading out to Havana today to my sisters home. It should be a nice day. Even with the snow coming down. We are picking up our DD and SIL to go with us. So it will be nice.
DH just went to get gas, so I need to get running. BTW< I did get my DH cold, ugh :(. This is #2 for the winter so far.)

Good Morning my IL family,
Well I have a dilema today....we are supposed to head down to Spring Valley, IL for a birthday party for 2 of my great nephew's, my sister and her ex hubby. It's a surprise party for my sis and her ex...her 50th and his 60th. My neice's are throwing them a party. I really want to go, but with mike working again this weekend I would be heading down there alone with the 3 boys and I just don't know how the roads are down there....we shall see.
Tyler is feeling better since he's on antibiotics and Jacob is finally able to breathe a little bit through his nose, he's been sick all week and missed 4 out of 5 days of school. He's also on antibiotics and I am thinking it's my turn next. I am still super stuffy and starting to cough now. we'll see how I feel on Tuesday, if I go to the Dr or not. Monday I have my mammogram to follow up on the lump I have and then I am having lunch with Lucy!! yay

Good Afternoon Paulette and Illinois Friends!
I have been putzing around and just getting at the computer. I was up late last night so slept in this morning and had my cuddle time with my cats this morning. They always love that and so do I.
I need to get my rear in gear and go grocery shopping today as well as run a couple of errands. Also have some other things to do as well. I am not making much progress on my scrapbook so got to get cracking on that as well. But a lot of my shopping is done. Whew!
It is a little warmer today for which I am thankful. I have to get a huge glob of snow off muy front deck. I have an awning over my front door and it has a tendency to have the snow slide off and make a huge pile just outside my door. Well that froze solid. I got some salt for it to get it started melting and it turned out that the salt was not pet friendly and my outdoor cat is not happy at all! She was really chewing me out last night and not coming to eat. I felt horrible. I moved her food dishes away from the salted area and will work to get the frozen lump and salt removed today. The temp is warming up and things are melting so that should be accomplished.
Now I will get a different ice melt that is cat friendly today. I just wasn't thinking the other evening.
Christina I am glad they found out what was causing you to feel bad. Nothing worse than doctors thinking it is in your head!
Christine, enjoy your trip into the city. That sounds like fun. I have always wanted to go to the Christkindle market
Lisa and Monica and Crystal travel safe today.
