TGI Friday Roll Call

Not much on my schedule today except to get some sleep and paper trade currencies at CNBC.  I took my medicine late so I am still up at 1 am with no guarantee I will sleep tonight.  That of course has caused problems with scheduling meals for years.  I read the Cleveland Clinic article on what to eat post RNY and so I am going to begin working towards using those foods and eating times into my habits.

Its cold!!!! 

Its Friday!!!!  Yeah!!!  I do have to work tomorrow but I said no to Sunday.  I'm not working another whole weekend right now.  I get so run down when I work 12 days in a row with no days off. 

I have to rush home today to get into my parking lot.  Every year Oswego has a festival type thing called the Christmas Walk in downtown Oswego.  They close down the downtown area.  This is a problem for me because I live downtown Oswego above a dentist (I think they forget people live up here).  After 10 years its just a pain.  Its really cold out so it won't be too busy.

My daughter called and her and three of her friends are renting a 4 bedroom house next year.  Its a nice older house and my daughter took the smallest room so she can get a price cut in the rent.  I saw the house online.   

I hope everyone is getting over their illnesses.

Good Morning Randy and Illinois Friends!

Brrr, it still is cold here!    But, I finally found a way to be warm at work yesterday!  I was so thrilled!  I wore a pair of cuddleduds, then a layer of the waffle weave thermal underwear and then my clothes.  It worked like magic!  Weight loss surgery, and coumadin which thins the blood makes for cold bodies.  Ugh!  This morning it is a brisk 5 degrees and keeps dropping.

Yeah it is Friday!  I can work on my scrapbook this weekend.  I did not get a lot done on it this week.  So I am hoping for some quality time this weekend.  I did get my pictures trimmed so that is a major time saver to get me started.  No other exciting weekend plans.

Good  Morning to Frozen Illinois.

Yep, it is cold here too, I do have to go out later, but, it won't be until noon or so. Hopefully it will be a bit warmer by then.

I have lots of ambitious plans for today. I want to pick up the house, do the kitchen floor, change sheets in our room, pay bills and do bookwork, work on my quilt, and do some running around. We then will probly go to dinner with friends. If I get 1/2 of this list done, I will consider the day a good one. 

Tomorrow we will be going to my sisters in Havanna for the day. My cousin is coming up to her house for the weekend, and her son and DIL along with thier baby, are joining us too. It should be a nice day.

Good morning!

Brrrrrrrrr is right.  I am sitting here with 2 blankets on me, and the heat is on...lol

I have nothing really planned for today.  Saturday not sure, but Sunday is my DH's birthday, he will be 43.  I thought he was gonna be 42....lol  He said he will go along with my thoughts.

I didn't get to see my PS yesterday after finally getting in the car, seeing the gas tank low, stopping to get gas, driving an hour away, he got called into emergency surgery.  Not his fault, and they said I could wait for 2 hours, but mom was home alone, so I had to get home.  I will try again next week.

Good morning Randy and the rest of Illinois!

Yes, it is cold here too.  I had to put the fleece over my sweater this morning, but it is STILL better than 5-6 layers.

The dress rehearsal last night was very good!  This is not some "kiddie" play, but a real, theatrical production.  I am very proud of Liv, she did great.  Heck, they all did!  I was glad that I got to see the dress rehearsal as I am in charge of ushers for the whole weekend and may not get to see the whole show all the way through again, we will see.

Today is Todd's 43rd birthday also!  I think we will wait until between shows tomorrow to go out to dinner to celebrate though.  He generously offered to work as an usher tonight and we won't be out of the theater until after 9, I'm sure.

I am going to leave early again today, probably by 1.  When we got to the theater last night, we found that the final touches in the lobby will have to be done tonight, before the caterers get there at 4:30-5:00 pm, and I am the only one with a schedule flexible enough to get there.  So, I will be a very busy bee until Sunday night.

Having a small party here tomorow night, which will undoubtedly be made smaller by the expected snow. Drat! Guess my family will be eating appetizers for days!

Just bought child 1 to school and man, it's too cold! My ears have that burning feeling right now as they thaw out.

I am about to warm up last night's pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks for my breakfast. Yum.

Yes, it feels like January! Ughhhhhh and more snow is in the forecast for tonight.

I'm going to a party after work with our management team at Wildfire tonight. So it's going to be a very busy day for me.

Good morning Randy and the rest of IL, yes it is very cold here too. I have to go out today to the foot Dr. and I am going to ask if I can get out of this boot today, as it is very hard to walk in the snow with your toes sticking out  ,
then after that off to the store for some food, other then that not much else going on,
