Wednesday Roll Call
I remember that snowstorm of 1975! I got snowed in at someones house. I had gone there for a meeting and we talked about how pretty the snow was as it was falling not realizing just how much there really was! Only when we tried to leave did we discover that we were going no where. It was April 16th. They had put away the plows for the winter. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and the bag boys were pushing the cars out of the parking lot instead of bagging groceries. It was a riot!

Hi There,
I remember the snow storm of 67, I was 13. I was playing on the snow drift in front of our house and fell in. My dad had to shovel me out. It was so cold. We didnt get the car out of the garage for 10 days. My dad used our sled to go about a mile to get milk and bread. I also remember it snowed for 36 hours straight. I was living in Benton Harbor Michigan.
I also remember the storm of 79. I think it was January. I was in the hospital for a D & C. They kept me there for almost 6 extra days cause noone could move about the city. I was living in Chicago at the time.
Now that is why I live in Florida now!!!!! I dont have to put up with slipping and sliding and accidents!!!!! All I have to put up with is the snowbirds now!!!!!
