If I remember right, you are on Tricare, right?  If so, you are not required to do a six month diet, unless they just changed the rules.

All Tricare requires is

EKG
Lab work including thyroid and hypolori
Psyc eval
Nut eval
Pulomonogist Clearance

yea I'm tricare with all of its glories...Every time I have called tricare they've told me no diet is necessary.....however I have heard of some doctors requiring it any way so i am a little nervous....thanks for the requirements I'm just getting a little anxious

When I went through the Kane Center, I did not have to do it... just the list of stuff I gave you plus the informational seminar, support group, and nut classes.  Do you go to the Navy Clinic for Primary?

Where are you seeing Dr. Wallace?  I am not sure Dr. Crane - who does many of the psych evals is in the new location in Hoffman Estates, I saw him in Arlington Heights.

Is the Kane center still open in Arlington Heights? or is it just Hoffman Estates and Elk Grove?

Best to call as if you do have appointments to do both, the offices may not be near eachother.

Dr Crane has an office in North Arlington Heights off 53 and above Dundee Rd.

also Dr Hart - or the Pulmonologist office is in Elk Grove - connected to Alexian.
