My dear friend Char, lost her battle to lung cancer last night. Please pray for her husband, David and their children and grandchildren. I am thankful she will no longer be suffering but I am going to miss her so much. She has been one of my closest friends supporting me through this weight loss journey.

I pray for each one of you and your familes and appreciate all of you and your support.

Thank you all for your kind words, love & support. We are getting ready to go to my daughters to do our Thanksgiving today, with our daughter & granddaughters. My heart is heavy but I will put on the brave face and get through today, knowing so many people are praying for Char's family.
