Friday Roll Call

Good morning all,

Happy Friday!  I am off to my regular doctor today for my surgical clearance and some preop labwork at the hospital.  I am on day 5 of the liquid diet.  I am doing pretty good.  I just keep reminding myself of the prize.  Not much planned for the weekend, but I am sure I will be keeping myself busy to keep my mind of food!  Its easy when I am at work all day, but when I am home thats a different story.  Have a great day.

Yay! It's finally Friday. I have to shop for our party Sunday and then Saturday Alex ha his first High School bowling tournament! I am excited because he bowled so good in practice this week, he gets to bowl with the Varsity team. He will be the only freshman on the varsity team! I will see evryone on sunday!

Good morning Chris and all my IL friends!

You guys drive carefully and have a great time.  CONGRATULATIONS to Dave for finally signing that contract!  This will be a new start for the new year.  That is wonderful news!

After work today, I need to stop by Wally World for ingredients for the pumpkin cookies I am making for Sunday.  Then, home to take Liv to her first Jr. High dance.  Todd is going to the Ice Hogs game, and David may go watch his girlfriend play basketball.  If so, then I will get part of the evening to myself to bake those cookies!

Tomorrow morning, bright and early, I get to go up to Juda to pick up our half a cow, then home to store it, then into Rockford to take Liv to rehearsal.  Todd is talking about a fire on Saturday if it is not TOO cold.  It would be the last one of the season, probably, but we will see.

Sunday, it is into Rockford again to see all of you and to make wreath deliveries.

Christine have a safe trip up north and Congrats on your DH's new contract!!

Crystal just hang there you'll get what you deserve you are a hard worker.  And I know when I'm sick thank the Lord above I still have my mom with me, cause there is nothing like what Nancy calls "Mom Love".  I hope you have a wonderful visit and she gets to feeling better soon.

Speaking of feeling better soon, I just realized I have a Dr appt today, well thank goodness I do, I think I have an ear infection.  My right ear is really hurting and my throat on that side hurts when I swallow.  I have to get to feeling better darnit I will not miss sunday, unless I'm contagious I would never want to get anyone else sick.

Like many others I get alone time tonight...YEAH!!!!   I have to go to the store today on the way home from Dr's.  Have to pick up ingredients for my taco salad for sunday.  I love this recipe I made it completely fat free last time and no one knew the difference.  At the same time I'll get the stuff I need for what I'm making for Thanksgiving for both places....killing two birds with one stone, makes my life alot easier.

I CAN'T WAIT TILL SUNDAY, I'M SO SIKED TO MEET EVERYONE!!!!

Hi everyone!  I'm really looking forward to this weekend.  I'm leaving work at noon and doing the shopping for Thanksgiving.  Then tonight, I start my Reiki second degree training!  Tomorrow night is Liz's holiday party.  And then Sunday it's off to Rockford to see all of you!  Oh, I forgot to mention the clothing sale at Centegra tomorrow during the day.  I will be brining hundreds of pieces of mens stuff.  I may even get some sleep in there someplace!!!
