Gearing Up For The Holidays - Daily Word For Success!
Hey Everyone
I am here in the hospital waiting for Charlie to come back from getting tests done for her heart. We had a scare but they think it's not her heart and an ear infection and run down....
That being said the word for today is Health
The bottom line is we go through all this, having the surgery, drinking our meals, eating running mashed potatoes, trying like hell to move to lose even if it means you feel like you are going to die. We do it all to be Health
Health - to live a long illness free life
Health - endless energy
Health - watching your kids grow up
Health - not going broke paying for 100 pills to take a day
Health - living life as it was meant to be lived
Health - climbing mountains, swimming in the ocean, running through the fields
Health - completing your bucket list
Health - great sex life
Sure, it's a blast to be wearing a size 4,6,8,10, but you can be those sizes and be dead... So our Health rules and losing weight gives us that great gift of great Health
