Thursday Roll Call
Hi all! I've been running with work and didn't get to post earlier. I found a great new web site for keeping track of calories and basic health. It's called www.livestrong.com. I just got an iphone and it was one of the free applications on the phone. So I can just enter what I eat all day long and it keeps track. You can also do the entering on line. I entered yesterday's food from memory, and even though I had a large bowl of ice cream in the evening, I was still basically on track! (I was over by 57 calories, but I can live with that). It lets you choose how much you want to lose per week, and you can set your activity level. You can even track excersize! I was surprised to see just how many calories I actually consume considering how little I'm able to eat. I highly suggest that anyone who is stalled and not actually tracking their intake, do so. I'm looking forward to Sunday!
