ABMC SUPPORT GROUP TOMORROW MORNING INFO
Tomorrow Morining's support group at ABMC is also going to be a clothing exchange. We were talking about it at the last meeting and everyone decided we would try to do a clothing exchange. We are going to try to do it a couple of times a year to help each other out. If anyone wants to attend even for just the clothing exchange....COME ON COME ALL!!!

I am so glad to see you again!
I wanted to let you know to try not to let your stall discourage you too much. You are just about 3 months out and that is about the time your body catches up and says "WHOA!!!!!, what the HECK is going on here?????"
Keep with the program and MAKE SURE TO EAT correctly and the loss will start again. I don't think I ever heard of anyone being "done" at three months. Your body is just taking a breather and re-grouping. Once it sees that this the your new way of life, it will adjust and let more weight off.

I am sick with the flu so I will miss the "Post Op support meeting" I have been looking forward to it since our last meeting.
