Hi. This morning I am having yogurt with a scoop of protein (27)
Lunch : leftovers from last night
Supper ?
Snacks ?
I decided when I started this journey, that if I wanted a piece of candy or whatever, I would indulge in a single peice. That way the cravings don't get out of hand. But, I don't keep any in house. so if that want hits, I do have to go to the store for it. It works for me,

This is a good idea during the holidays..
I do like Lisa, If I want something I'll have a bite but don't keep trouble items in the house. For me it is the salty stuff like potato chips, popcorn etc. So I'll have hubby buy a snack size portion and split it with him, satisfies the craving but doesn't get out of hand.
For the holidays, I'm doing like last year I'll substitute Splenda or Sugar Twin in alot of my baking, no one seemed to notice the difference last year, and relying on alot of recipe conversions from Dawn and Eggface here on OH. Thanksgiving Day we are going by someone elses house, they asked me to bring the pies and a side dish. So I'm taking the normal pies for everyone else and a sugar free apple pie (my fav) for me to have a tiny sliver. Also a healthy side dish that I like so I can avoid all the tempting side dishes. I'll make sure to eat the turkey minus skin first and my side dish and the vegies and should be fine and too full for the rest other than that sliver of apple pie.
We can do this, just have to plan ahead for the pot holes!
