hi its Thursday,,,,, What is up?????

ok seeing that it is 0327am and i cant sleep. ive got a lot on my mind. 
1 being that it is 84 degrees in November here in Florida..... hmmmm am i missing the seasons already?????
2 thinking about the the coworker we hired this week.  i think she has a drug problem. but ill leave it up to the managers to decide what to do.
3. i am off work today and tomorrow. i finally got 2 days off at the sametime. 
i got the results of my thyroid scan yesterday. it seems that my nodule is a little bigger and i am going to have it removed in December sometime. hopefully it should only be an overnight stay in the hospital something like getting your tonsils out.

Carla, I hope you have gone back to bed and caught some   It is no fun to be up in the middle of the night.  I am sorry to hear about your thyroid scan.  I hope the surgery is problem free and resolves any issues that you are having. 

So you don't feel too bad about 80 degree weather, may I remind you what it feels like when it is rainy, windy and between 30 and 40 degrees.  That damp cold that makes it impossible to get warm!  You miss that?????  They are predicting snow by the end of the week.  I have a deal, you ship us your warm weather and we will send you are cold weather!

We are one day closer to the weekend!  I do have my check class to teach on Saturday but enjoy it.  Just dont like having to be out of the house by 7am.  I want sleep but dont go to bed early enough in the evenings.  I fall asleep at the computer.  You would think I would learn! 

Well today is a full moon!  I wish I could  at work.  It is true, all the crazies come out today.

Carla, I am sure you will make it through surgery with no problems at all.

I have to go to the PS today for a check up, cross your fingers.  I have had this infection for years, not really, but it feels like it.

I am gonna see if he thinks a 4 hour drive will be possible without swelling like a whale, so I can try to be there on the 23rd get together.  I won't have the money to stay at a hotel over night, so it will actually be 8 hours on the road.

I am off to jump in the shower and finish my coffee.

Hello everyone

I'm at work enjoying the quiet before everyone else comes in and starts asking me a million questions.  Good news, I got through the day yesterday and didn't fall out of my chair once...hahaha.  I have my weigh in today.  I think I did good. 

I'm not looking forward to the weekend this week.  We are having one our marathon weekend sessions to try to catch up.  It mean 16 hours more overtime (on top of the 12 I already have) WOW I just added that up in my head I will have 28 hours of overtime for one week.  My check will be nice and big for Thanksgiving. 

Carla-  I'm sure your surgery will go fine.  I will send you lots of good vibes.

Nancy-  Have fun with your customers today.  Oh and by the way not only is it a full moon but it's also the 13th!!!  LOL

Nancy, I agree about the crazies. It was a bad day yesterday, and today will be worst.

I work with my supervisor from work one day a week. I think she is nuts! She thinks we (the 2 of us) should do as many apps in one day, that the main office does with 6 people . It is really to much on this old body!  Thank goodness today will be slower.

Nothing else except work on my agenda today.

Good morning Carla and my Illinois friends,

I do not like this chlly damp weather at all!!  Ok, now I can move on.Got that off my chest, LOL!

DH is doing car pool this am so I got to stay home and catch up on OH and things on my desk.  yipee!

Things are getting better here. Sami got her cast off, arm has healed nicely.  Earl got steroid injections in both wrists yesterday at the base of each  thumb.  Hope that works for him otherwise the doc says he will need multiple surgeries.  Long story but because he has RA and Osteoarthritis there isn't much they can do for him if the steroid injections don't work.  May need 2 different kinds of surgery on each wrist. One to remove scar tissue from the old carpal tunnel surgeries and one to replace a bone in  thumb joint with synthetic tendons, on both wrists and thumbs.. Our daughters house is about 75% finished, at least the part we are doing is.

Morning! I am soooo sleepy and cold today. I have the space heater in my office cranked all the way up and I am still freezing. I forgot to bring in filters so I can't even make coffee. I think I will make soup for dinner!

Sorry to hear that your mind would not slow down enough to let you sleep.  I hate when that happens.  I am sending healing energy your way and hope that they can fix your thyroid.  Enjoy your days off and REALLY enjoy the weather.  I would trade with you in a heartbeat!

Nothing real important on the agenda for me today.  I may have to pick Liv up after school if she stays for a math workshop then home for dinner and snuggles.  Since her "anxiety attack" I have had the unexpected bonus of a very loving, snugly girl.  She has always been the most independent of my kids and has never been very much into hugs, kisses and snuggles.  Lately though, she wants to be very close to me and is always hugging and snuggling me.  I'm sure she'll be back to her old self before too long so I will enjoy it while I can!

We finally found out the times and dates of her play and I will post that separately.

I wish everyone a splendid day and hope the sunshine visits all of you.
