What is your goal for today?
I am just wondering................... What is your goal for today?
Mine is to make sure I get my 60 to 80 ounces of water in and to make sure I get my 60 grams of protein in.
So far today:
Pre Breakfast : (out of bed) decafe coffee
1 glass of water
Breakfast : Yogurt/ with protrin added 27 g.

Hi Lisa, My goal for today is to eat better, I not feeling well and yesterday I did not eat good at all.

Breakfast, 1/2 cup Oatmeal make with milk and added raisins
2 strips of bacon,
10 am, protein drink
11:30, hand full mixed nuts,
Now tea,,
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
