Saturday Roll Call

Is Everyone up to a Great Saturday?  Saturdays are always great, most of us don't work, and we have tomorrow off as well.  Here in Streator, the temp is 34 and they are saying a high of 39 and flurries. Wasn't it just last week that we were coatless and a warm 70?

Today I am going to Xmas open houses with my daughter. In Bloomington all of the greenhouses are showing their Xmas  stuff. I also need to find a coat. I ordered one from LB but its  more spring then winter. I am going to keep it, and take it on our trip next summer. My coat from last year  I am drowning in.

What are your plans for today?

Good Morning Lisa and Illinois.  Brrrrrrrrrrrr, I just started shaking when I saw the temp.  My sister gave me her leather coat last yer, and it fits real good this year, but she drives me crazy about it, so I bought one at Kohls to wear also.  Guess I will use the leather one for good.

I so want to come up there the 23rd, but with the infection and stuff, I doubt the doc would let me.  I am still seeing him once to twice a week.

There is several craft fairs in our area this weekend, and of course, I am broke, so I guess I will sit here at home, read, and play on pogo.

I'm at work.. I will not complain because I need the $$.  I will be able to take a little nap before I have to go into Outback tonight.  The project I'm working on here at work is taking much longer then expected to I may have to come in for a few hours tomrrow.  I do not have to work at Outback tomorrow night so I'm very happy to have a short break.  Monday I'm off at both jobs.  I wonder what kind of trouble I'll get into?  Right now just sleeping sounds delightful!

BTW, has anyone heard from Chris?  Jenn?  Lucy?  Ronna?  and the many others that are mia?

Good Morning Lisa and Illinois

I am sneaking in my response just before noon.  I slept in this morning.  Stayed up until almost 3am last night.  Dumb of me.  I sometimes get my days and nights mixed up.  Spent some snuggle time wiht my furbabies this am and have visited other boards before heading over to this one. 

No special plans for today.  I do want to get to the grocery store and need to go get some makeup.  IF I can convince my body to move.    I love lazy Saturdays.  I am still in my robe and haven't even hit the shower yet.

Hello everyone

I'm posting later than usual today.  I had a lot things to do this morning.  One of which is getting my hair cut.  I went radical and tried something totaly different and cut off all my hair.  It's shorter than I ever had it.  I'm sure there will be some reaction when I go to work on Moday.  The most important thing is I love it.  Tomorrow I have to color my hair.  All my grays are showing.  I wish I could get it professionally colored but that is an exspense I can't afford right now.  Maybe after my daughter graduates college.
