GOOD FRIDAY MORNING!!!!!
Yes I am shouting!. I am soooo happy it is Friday! Once again I have a day to catch up on my sleep. I have got to learn to go to bed earlier at night!
Well we had a beautiful week weather wise but it looks like we are back to typical November weather. It sure was nice while it lasted.
I am looking forward to our next get together. I sure hope that lots of you can make it.
Anyone with any exciting plans for the weekend? It looks like it may be leaf raking time. Hope you have a great weekend!

For me today I go to the foot doctor and back home, Sat we have a baby shower to go to, so yesterday I got the fleece to make the blanket and pick up a little outfit at Kmart yesterday,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Hello everyone 
I am very happy this morning. Not only because its Friday!!!! But also because I stepped on the scale for the first time in a couple of weeks and I'm down 11 pounds!!!
WoooHooo!!! I only have 9 more pounds to go. Next week is my third weigh-in and I thought I should see how I'm doing. Well I'm doing fine.
Other than working I'm going to get my hair cut after work. I need badly I haven't had a cut since July.
Nancy- I felt like I missed a lot of the good weather because I'm stuck inside at work.

I stopped in and checked on you all yesterday, but did not get a chance to post.
I am also looking forward to the get together, as it is always nice to chat in person.
After work, we have the sad task of taking David to a visitation (at the high school) for one of the assistant coaches that lost his battle with melanoma. The guy was really great and was only 44. It is very sad.
Today, I am having some prints made of "happy" pictures for Liv to post in her locker, binder, books.....anywhere that she can see them to help get the bad images out of her mind. We have a great picture of Riley making a funny face that I think will do the trick nicely. Of course, David wants a copy for his locker too!
Tomorrow, I imagine we will try to get a little yard work done, then we are going into the suburbs for dinner and the Cheech & Chong show. We are looking forward to that, and the kids are going to hang out with Amber.
Sunday will be more yard work if it is not too cold. I say all this hoping that the cold that is trying to catch me fails. I have been fighting very hard to ward off the office "bug" and have been doing pretty well. I think I have a bit of it, but not nearly as bad as my co-workers. Wish me luck in evading the darn virus!

You are almost always very good to check in. I know sometimes when I get here late I may have something I would like to post but I do not have a real feel for how to post and get an answer on things. I see so many times though that folks are lurking like crazy out there when I look at the views versus the posts. I know people get busy but it is hard for me to imagine that so many come through and have their surgery and then disappear as far as posting. Perhaps a seperate weekend roll call will help where they just say hello I am here and well or not well or whatever.
