Tub!!!

Tonight after being out in this cold, damp and windy weather, I was chilled to the bone. So I decided to take a hot bath. And guess what? I fit in the bath tub without my hips touching the sides, I actually had room to move alittle. This may not seem exciting for some but for me it was a major realization that this is working really working. OMG!!! Sorry I just had to share with someone!!!

Congrats! I think most can relate and yes, it's quite a WOW moment being able to fit and enjoy a bath. Just the thought of being able to get in & out w/ ease is a beautiful thing!

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
