I made it under 200 lbs, I was 198 on Monday but want to wait a few day just to make sure I stayed their, I am so happy, I don't remember ever being under 200 I am sure I pasted it some time in my life

Just wanted to share,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

That one of the best goals to make. Now you will see how quickly your clothing sizes change. It's amazing.

Thank you Lucy I know my clothes are getting bigger every day, all the jeans I got for 3 dollars each a few weeks ago are all ready getting lose on my, what a great feeling,
