Friday Roll Call
Good afternoon,
I have been sick this week with a horrible cold. Had to go to the Dr twice this week and change RX's twice. I went into the office on Thurs morning for breathing treatments. I havent slept much at all in 3 nights. UGH!! Now the coughing is better, but I am on steroids now so my blood sugars are high and I have to use more insulin and I was almost off! I thought I was told somewhere that we could not have steroids, but my PCP called the Kane center and the nurse said it was ok as long as it was a short course.
This is a busy weekend. Tomorrow is a class at ABMC and then RNY support group. I am looking forward to it. Then tomorrow night is Octoberfest at our church. We went last yr and enjoyed it.
Sunday we are taking the kids to see Playhouse Disney at the Rosemont theater. It really is for Brigid, but Noah still likes watching Mickey Mouse and Pooh with his sister. I am excited to see how she likes the characters in person. A great test for our Disney trip in Dec.
