Need Help with Physc Evaluation

Hi everyone, I am working on my pre-papers, got everything I think except my Physc evaluation, and I have been through this so many times that I do not want to spend the $150.00 for the evaluation if I am not going to be approved. I am on Medicare and BC/BC supplement and They tell me it will be covered the ( appointment) but will charge me the fee for filling out the report. I live on limited income and this will proved to be a hardship but will save for it if I am approved. Does anyone out there have any suggestions.  I go to a Clinical THerapist once a month and do not see why she cannot fill out the report . I have talked to BC/BS and they say if medicare will pay they will. So I do not know Whether to apply or not  Does this sound as crazy to you as it does to me.     Thanks for listening    Carolyn    

It likely sounds crazier to me even than it does to you.  That is because I have spent time with a durable medical equipment company and know how crazy appoval processes can be.  You might get some more answers by posting this in the insurance forum.
