Tuesday Roll Call

Good Morning Illinois! Today seems to be a real Fall day!  I'm doing well.  The scale is coming back down and I'm looking forward to getting back on track.  I had my first Reike class last night and it went very well.  I learned a lot about universal life energy and about the process of letting it flow.  I have some reading and studing to do for next week, but I'm looking forward to the next class.  I really feel that this fits right in with all the body work I've done in the last 5 months.  Stay tuned for more info as I get it!  Yesterday was a crazy day and I never got to post.  I hope everybody is doing well.  Have a great day!  Paul

Good morning Paul and fellow IL friends. Not much going on with me but work, work and more work. Lisa, I try to get to work around 5:30 am but with the change in seasons, it's been hard. I like coming in early because it is quiet here, no one here and I get to have some quiet time here and enjoy my coffee.

I can't wait to hear how you are doing with your new class Paul. I'm waiting to start my boxing class next Wednesday! Punch, punch and punch!!!  - I found a Halloween icon!!

Good morning all 

I'm at work as always.  Today is one of my coworker/friend's birthday so after this I have to go decorate her cubicle.  I have nothing going on today but work.  Its customer service week at work and they are doing all of these activties (that I really don't have time for).  Yesterday they gave everyone a ball???  What am I going to do with a ball???  I already have one on my desk that I made with rubberbands.  This is what I hate about my company they spend all of this money on crap like this and then they don't give us our bonuses because the company didn't do well last year.  Today we're going to get ice cream.  Ice cream, I won't eat because I'm eating healthy.  Yesterday it was cake (I also didn't eat that).  I guess the corprate excecutives just want us all fat, eating ice cream and cake all day. 

Well enough complaining about my job.  Back to work.

Good Morning my IL family!

Today I have my 6 month appt with Karen and Dr Rantis in the new offices.  It's actually quite a bit closer to my house so that's good.  I just got Tyler off to school and now I need to get ready because they changed my appt to 10am and I will still give myself an hour since I don't know exactly where I'm going yet.  lol
After that's it's home to study study study.  I take my finals next Monday, the 13th.  I am nervous about them.  It's been a very long time since I have had to take a "final exam"  lol
I have to pick up Jacob and Tyler both at 6 at different schools, so one of them will be waiting...probably Tyler, he's older.  That's it for me today...nothing too exciting!

Paul, the Reiki class sounds very interesing.  Lucy, I talked to someone else who did kick boxing and she loved it.  Hope you enjoy your class.

The days are just flying by for me == not enough hours in each one.  I either need to spend less time on this site or figure out how to add hours in a 24 hour day.    This site gives me so much info and support I just cannot stay away. 

Not much on my plate for today other than work.  Hopefully I wont be spending my evening trying to get my 3 legged Claude to come inside.  He escaped again last night!    When I was heading for the front door he was asleep on my bed.  He does move fast!

Good morning Paul and the rest of Illinois!

I am also at work this morning wondering if THIS will be the day that my car will be returned to me.  I am starting to think that the gremlins have moved into that car for good.  I sure hope not.

Not too much interesting going on here. 

I went and visited my aunt last night and we had a nice chat.   Tonight, it is home to make home-made spaghetti sauce from fresh tomatoes, and herbs from my garden.  The family will actually eat it over whole wheat spaghetti, but I learned my lesson last time, not even 1/8 of a cup for me!  I felt like I had a HUGE rock in my gut after THAT experiment.  I will have mine with some lowfat cottage cheese and parmesan.  It is really yummy!

I am wishing everyone a great day and keeping our two surgeries in my thoughts today.

I thought I was the only one who puts cottage cheese on their spaghetti!  I need to try the whole wheat pasta thing, maybe in a few weeks.  For now I am using spaghetti squash cooked nice and soft.  I love it!  glad I am not alone in the crazy cottage cheese thing!

We had to put another coat of paint on the wall yesterday as the white was showing through in  places but this AM it looks all good so I can get the pic. back up today.
for the other color it is (Heavy cream) I sure hope they look good together,

Long time no chat!  You all have been on my mind!  Things have been super crazy and I can't wait for them to slow down.  Plus things with my dad are still in the air and we just live one day at a time!  The weight is going okay.  I'm almost in the 150's.  I can't wait to get there. I hope you guys are all doing okay and I've been thinking about you all!
