Good morning Randy and Illinois,

It has been a while, I have missed you all. My life has taken a turn for the better. I have gotten myself back in church, and it has helped so much.

Tomorrow I have my abdominalplasty, I am very nervous about that, but whatever god has it store for me, I am ready for it.

I'm at work and having an early 7 a.m. meeting. Lots of meetings at work and at home this week. Sunday, I'm off to Milwaukee, WI for a 3 day conference.

I'm at work. I hate Mondays. This week is customer service week and they have all kinds of activities planned. But only thing I really care about is that its casual week, no dressing up!!!

Good Morning Randy and Illinois

Another beautiful day is on tap! I got out of my doctor's appointment in time to spend some time enjoying the nice day outside yesterday afternoon.

One of my cats got ticked that I was outside and he wasn't so he performed a "great escape act" as I was coming back in! He is declawed and only has 3 legs. He is an INDOOR cat. But every once in a while he is determined to go outside and terrorize the neighborhood. And terrorize he does. He actually chases the other neighborhood cats. I think they are afraid of him! Go figure.

I put out some fall flowers and a wreath and added flowers to another wreath so my house looks a little more in season. Plus got to chat with neighbors. All in all it was a nice afternoon.

The hand (thumb) feels much better after my shot. Of course the DR still is trying to talk me into surgery but considering the healing time is 3 months I am hesitant. I told him I am letting my neighbor be a guinea pig and then I will decide. She is having hers done on Oct. 24th. As long as the shots hold me, I am fine with those. Now, my knees are another story.
