Did You Move To Lose Today? Bye Bye flowers, hello pumkins

Hey Everyone

                                   

I was out early this morning pulling all the flowers up and throwing out the last of the tomatoe plants.  The wind was so cold I think I burned extra cals for sure  I ended up coming in and waiting and hoping it will warm up later.  I love getting the halloween stuff out and make it really scary for the boys and girls.  We live on a corner lot and I love to hear the kids comments as they walk to school. 

After working in the  yard, I came in and did about 15 mins on the bag.  Didn't walk Rocky as it was to cold.  We are going to doggie training after work.

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's be accountable for our exercise today

Hi Kathy!

After admitting to being a slacker, I walked almost 2.25 miles at lunch today!  I needed milk for my coffee, and with my car broken, I decided to walk to the gas station that is just over 1 mile down the road.  That HAS to count for something!
 The wind was cold and I never even removed my fleece jacket, so I think Fall is here to stay.
