Wednesday roll call
Hi Monica!
I got clips for our water bottles at Wal-Mart in the camping section. $ .97 each!
These have a clip to go on your belt, a short canvas strap and another clip (kind of "C" shaped, David tells me it is called a carbine) on the other end. The carbine clips onto the neck of a standard, 20 oz. (and maybe 16.9 oz) water bottle then you can hang it off you belt loop. We used them at the air show to keep track of our bottles.

Hello everyone 
I'm at work ready to start my day. I had my psych evaluation last night. It went well, I think. I don't think I'm crazy.
Seriously though she asked me questions about how ready I am to handle the surgery and life afterward. I think it went well. I was done in enough time that I caught the tail end of the support group @ Silver Cross. It was interesting. I didn't recognize anyone there from OH, but then again I never met anyone of you in person. So its hard to pick people out just by trying to remember what they looked like in their photos. Next month is all about proteins. I know I don't have to worry about this yet, but I will be VERY prepared when the time comes. I think everyone there had surgery already. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable there. I am going to invite a couple of my friends to come with me next time. I think they will benefit from the group meeting.
Well another LONG day ahead of me. Is it bad that I start dreaming about Friday on Monday morning???

Were you sitting in the chair closest to the door? If so so I saw you. I was in a baby blue sweater. I had to stand there by the door for awhile because there were no seats. It was a very full house. I was surprised at how many people were there. I did learn some thing yesterday that I'm sad about- NO MILK.
I love milk. Oh well I will give up anything if it means I can lose this weight. Next month if you see me please introduce yourself. I think I know which one you were. I just hope I don't go up to wrong person and its not you.
I'm looking forward to the protein samples. I can try them and see which ones I like. That way I won't waste money on them and find out I don't like it. I'm a very picky eater.

Yes, that was me. I couldn't remember if your top was grey or lt. blue....Don't fret over the no milk thing, it's only temporary. Next month maybe I can tell you that day what I'm wearing so then we will know each other. At the beginning of the meeting we go around the room and give our name, type of surgery, month of surgery and total weight lost. It's kind of nice because every month there are new people who join the meeting. It's another way to get to know others. Talk with you later....

Good morning Paul and the rest of IL, Paul Reike sound interesting ,
for me getting my hair cut today. Yesterday was a day from #### My car was making some noise so I took it in to see what was up and it was a motor mount, OK no problem right, Yea well we could not find one any were they are on back order so the guy told me to go to a dealer and see if he could fine one for me and he did but it sure did cost me $169.00 for ONE ,
then the first guy wanted $56.00 to put it on, when my hubby got home and took a look at where it was he said no way was it paying to put it on, it sits on top and only 4 bolts he had it out and back on in about 15 min, I am so glad hubby can fix thing,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Janet K, Happy belated Birthday. It is amasing what we can do now, that was banned to us before our wonderful journey into wls. Plus, all the new friends we have made.Did I miss something? what are you packing for?
Its a cool morning this hump day. I drugged out one of my favorite sweaters today. I t is a bit big, but, I know by next year I will swim in it. So, I will wear it out as long and as often as I can!
I am out the door, heading for work. We are starting to work with utility shut offs this morning. It will be a busy busy day. Then home to help DH with showing an apartment and house we have up for rent. Somehow he managed to make appointments with people to see both at the same time. I know he thinks hes good, but, there is no way he can show both at the same times, since they are 5 blocks apart. So, I will be leaving work earlier then usual, probly around 3:30, to rush home to help him.
