Paul, I am sorry you are not feeling well this morning. Maybe the 5 lb weight gain is the fluid in your sinuses? I know when I get filled up it sure feels like there is that much fluid in there creating pressure!
I like the drapes that you tie dyed. They really look neat. No one else has anything like that. Enjoy them.
Monica, congratulations on making it to onderland!
What a wonderful accomplishment. I can't wait to finally say that. It sure cooled off last night and is susposed to be cold all week. Brr. Will be hard to get out of bed in the mornings as for me this is wonderful sleeping weather.

For me not much going on today, Just cleaning and laundry,
Jim did some horse trading Sat, for a very nice stereo he paid $40.00 and did a brake job on the guys truck. So he was not in to much trouble,
See Jim called me at Dawn Sat. and asked when I was coming home, he told me he did something but would not tell me what until I got home so when I left Dawn's house I had no ideal what he had done, it was a very nice surprise I love it and it sounds very good

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
I am really learning how to eat with this band. After my adjustment on Friday, I can eat very little and get full. If I try to eat too much, then I feel awful and of course,
have to bring it up. That is painful! Yesterday I had some grapes at my sister's house. Well, that didn't sit well with my pouch. The skins of the grapes wouldn't go through the band, and up they came! I was sick almost all night. Today I'm back on liquids to give my pouchie a rest.It's a full work week for me. In two weeks, I'll be in Milwaukee Wisconsin at a conference for 3 days. I'm driving so there's no cab to the airport and no waiting. YAY!!!!
