Sooo..
-after UIC giving me a seven year wait list,
-U of I telling me medicaid will only cover very very little of it,
-Talking to practically EVERY other hospital about NOT taking medicaid
-reasearch,reasearch and research
-prayer,preayer and more prayer....

I'm finally left with the option of Northwestern, medicaid covers surgery costs but not post op or pre-op, so I've had to write a plee to my father (whom has never treated me well) to see if he'll be able to cover this for me.

I feel like I still have so much (psych eval. tests etc) to do and I can't even get to that step, everyone is closing doors in my face. I can't get out to the centers that fully take medicaid as I don't drive and they're VERY far from where I live. It's so hard to do so much and hope so much. I don't know where I'll be if my fatehr turns me down.

One other option is medical loans. Its not the best way to go, but it is still there for you.

I know, I've looked into the capital one bariatric loan and it's just hard because I'm a 23 and a single mom. !
