Thanks for everyone's comments and words of encouragement. BTW there's an arts and crafts fair (Octoberfest) at Marian High School in Chicago Heights on Sunday October 5th. It's a fund raiser for the high school band. My wife, son and I will be there at spot M-7 (Our Lady's Rosaries). If any of you are in the area, stop by; we'd be glad to meet ya.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Welcome!
I'm a DSer, but I wanted to pipe up and say that when I was considering the RNY, I spoke with the folks in Dr. Cahill's office and they were super. They even put me in touch with a former patient of theirs to talk about post-surgical life, etc. It just seemed that they went out of their way to help me. I think you're in very capable hands.
